  2. Which forms of payment do you accept? Our Main payment is bitcoin. We do accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard & Visa Card. We also accept payment from Western Union and Walmart Gift Cards & PayPal, though this can extend your processing time by 3-5 days.
  3. How do I check the status of my order? To check the status of your order, follow these steps:
    Login to your account to view a list of your recent and active orders.
    Select “Actions” to the right of your order. This will show you the order status for over-the-counter and non-prescription orders.
    If the order is for a prescription medication, select “Prescription Tracker” to find out where your order is in our processing.
  4. Does medschemhome.com sell prescription drugs? Yes. medschemhome.com is a fully licensed, VIPPS-accredited U.S. pharmacy that’s been approved to sell prescription drugs in all 50 states. We only stock FDA approved medications from trustworthy manufacturers, so you never have to worry about where your prescriptions are coming from.

    We’re able to keep our prices low by removing layers of cost between the manufacturer and the end consumer (you). By ordering directly from the manufacturer, we are able to cut out several levels of middlemen, and as an online pharmacy we aren’t burdened with the heavy overhead costs of traditional brick-and-mortar retail chains.   8. Where are the medications sold by medschemhome.com made?
    While the majority of our manufacturers are located within the United States, some are headquarted overseas. We only work with trusted, FDA-approved manufacturers, including Teva, Watson, Sandoz, Apotex, Mylan, Dr. Reddy’s, and Cobalt. If you ever have questions about the origins of a manufacturer, please contact our Customer Support at 1-800-748-7001. We only sell products which are FDA-approved and legal for sale in the United States.
  9. Do I need a prescription from a doctor?
    In order to purchase prescription medications, you do need a prescription from a doctor or veterinarian. However, we also carry hundreds of over-the-counter products that can be ordered without a prescription.

  11. My prescription was sent in. Why don’t I see it on my account?
    Due to current Pharmacy Law and Regulations, your prescription will not be listed on your account until medschemhome.com provides the first fill of the prescription medication. We recommend that you go ahead and place your order. medschemhome will then match up the prescription and fill your order. Once your order is filled, all remaining fills will be listed under the Active Prescription on your account.
  12. How do you handle controlled drugs?
    As a fully licensed and regulated pharmacy, we are able to dispense controlled substances with a valid prescription. However, this process is a little more rigorous than other prescription orders. Please note that we do need the patient’s social security number or driver’s license number to verify the identity of the patient.
    We do not fill Schedule II controlled substances.
    For all other controlled substances (Schedule III, IV, and V), patients cannot under any circumstances fax a prescription to us for these medications. The original physical, hard copy prescription must be mailed to us, or the prescribing doctor may fax us a prescription directly from the office or may provide the prescription information over the telephone with one of our pharmacists.
    For Schedule III, IV, and V controlled substances, we cannot dispense more than a 180 day supply and cannot hold more than a 180 day supply on file, including refills. Various state laws may further limit these guidelines. All controlled substances are shipped with Signature Confirmation, requiring an adult to sign for receipt of the package. Other additional restrictions may be imposed by the state to which the medication is being shipped. Please contact our pharmacy directly for additional information or concerns.
  13. Why do the pills I received look different than the ones I get from my local pharmacy?
    If you are used to brand name medications and have ordered a generic through us, the pills dispensed by our contracted Manufacturers will look different. As stated above, generics do not look the same as brand name products, even though they contain similar active ingredient(s) and work in a similar way.
    If you have ordered the brand name medication and see variance from the brand name medication you have purchased locally do not be alarmed. Brand name medication sometimes varies in appearance and name from country to country. In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade names and under international licensing agreements, a different manufacturer may be responsible for the distribution of a brand name medication.
    If you have ordered a generic medication and see variance from the generic medication you purchased locally please be aware that generic medications manufactured by different companies will have different appearances
  14. What is the difference between a generic medication and a brand name medication?
    A generic medication is a medication which is manufactured by a company which was not the innovator. Due to expired patents on certain medications, other manufacturers are allowed to produce and sell the generic equivalent medication at a lower, more competitive price. A generic medication is bio-equivalent, meaning it contains the equivalent active ingredient, to the brand name medication. Due to strict regulations for the generic drug industry, these drugs must provide the same therapeutic effect as the brand name medication. However, there may be some variation to the size, shape and color of the medication.
  15. Is it safe to use my credit card?
    Absolutely! We have taken every precaution to ensure each and every transaction is safe and secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized access.
  16. Where else do you ship aside from the United States?
    Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Singapore, Spain, South Africa, Switzerland,Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.   17. What guarantee do you offer to ensure I receive my order?
    As long as you have provided a correct United States delivery address, if your order does not arrive within our 2-7 days shipping time frame, we will ensure our contracted pharmacy re-ships your order. If you do not wish to have the medication(s) re-shipped we will apply a credit for the full amount of your purchase. The choice is entirely up to you!
  18. Will you accept returns?
    We are prohibited by law from accepting returns for prescription drugs even if the package is still sealed. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your medication(s) please contact our toll-free number or initiate a chat with a customer care representative so we can take care of your concerns.
  19. Will you accept my insurance?
    At this time we do not have arrangements with health insurance companies or prescription benefit management companies (PBMs) for prescription drug coverage. However, we are able to provide customers with medical expense reports to make insurance claims.
  20. How do I cancel an order?
    A customer can cancel an order up to 10 minutes after the order is placed. To do so, go to My Account and view Orders Processing. A Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible on current orders that are processing. Click the Cancel button and select your reason for cancellation to cancel the order. After cancellation, the order will be removed from your Orders Processing. Cancellation is not guaranteed if not done within the 10 minute grace period, as the order may have already shipped. At that point, please refer to the Return Policy. If the 10 minute grace period has passed, please contact Customer Service to request the cancellation of an order.
    Please note that the cancellation of a subscription to AutoReorder does not cancel an existing order. The cancellation of a subscription only prevents future Auto orders from processing.
